Delete your account

You can permanently delete your LeagueFrenzy account — a product of Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC — and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it. If you only joined the launch list and never created an account, see leave the launch list below instead.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately:

In the mobile app

  1. Open the LeagueFrenzy app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under Delete account, tap Delete account and then confirm.

On the web

  1. Sign in to your LeagueFrenzy account.
  2. Open Account settings (click your email address in the top-right of the app).
  3. Under Delete account, choose Delete account and then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, deleting here removes your LeagueFrenzy account; you may also want to remove LeagueFrenzy from that provider’s connected-apps settings.

Option 2 — request deletion through support

If you can’t sign in, use the support form (category: data deletion), give the email address on your account, and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and we’ll confirm by email when it’s done.

What gets deleted

  • your account profile and sign-in identity;
  • your saved leagues;
  • the access tokens for any fantasy platform you connected (for example Yahoo, Sleeper, or MyFantasyLeague).

What we keep

We retain records of Season Pass purchases where required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. These records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to re-identify you for marketing.

Leave the launch list

If you gave us your email on a waitlist or download form but never created an account, that address is on our launch list — not an account. Leaving the list does not delete an account (and deleting an account does not automatically remove a separate waitlist signup). Enter the same email below to stop all future contact. We keep a record of the opt-out — the address and the date — so a later signup or import can't add it back. To have the address erased entirely instead, use the support form (category: data deletion).

Leaving also erases the board records tied to that address. If you used “Email me this board” on a free trial board, we stored which board you asked for, which league it was built from, and which fantasy platform that league is on. Leaving deletes those records immediately, and a later request from an address that has left won't create new ones. If you never leave, we delete them a year after the request.
