ESPN connect hangs the sign-in off a LeagueFrenzy account, so there is no anonymous path. Create a free account or sign in first — then you only paste cookies once.

Copy the league URL out of your browser — like https://fantasy.espn.com/football/league?leagueId=123456 — and paste it in.
Public leagues need no cookies; private ones do
A public ESPN league needs nothing else. A private one needs your espn_s2 and SWID cookies copied from the browser’s developer tools. We store them encrypted, use them only to read your own league, and you can disconnect any time.
