The LeagueFrenzy Season Pass is a paid upgrade priced at $24.99 per season, sold by Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC. We want you to be happy with it, so we offer a straightforward refund window described below.
You may request a full refund of your $24.99 Season Pass within 14 days of purchase, provided the pass is unused — that is, you have not substantially used the paid features it unlocks. If you qualify, we refund the full amount you paid.
The Season Pass is considered substantially used once you have relied on its paid capabilities for a real draft — for example, generating full-round custom boards across multiple leagues or exporting your rankings. Simply connecting a league or previewing free features does not count as using the pass. Because the pass delivers its core value during your draft, requests made after that point, or after the 14-day window, may not qualify for a full refund.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include your account email and the approximate date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. It can take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — a chargeback filed with your bank is slower to resolve and, while it is open, we may suspend the associated account. We are almost always able to sort out a genuine billing issue directly and faster than a chargeback would.
