The LeagueFrenzy Season Pass is a paid upgrade priced at $39.99 per year, sold as an annual subscription by Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC. We want you to be happy with it, so we offer a straightforward refund window described below.
1. 14-day full refund
On your first purchase: you may request a full refund of your $39.99 Season Pass within 14 days of buying it, provided the pass is unused — that is, you have not substantially used the paid features it unlocks. If you qualify, we refund the full amount you paid.
On a renewal: you may request a full refund within 14 days of that renewal charge, whether or not you have used it. That window opens again every year, on each renewal — it is not tied to when you first bought the pass, and the draft-day test in section 2 does not apply to it.
2. What “used” means (first purchase only)
This test applies to the 14-day window on your first purchase, not to a renewal. The Season Pass is considered substantially used once you have relied on its paid capabilities for a real draft — for example, generating full-round custom boards across multiple leagues or exporting your rankings. Simply connecting a league or previewing free features does not count as using the pass. Because the pass delivers its core value during your draft, requests made after that point, or after the 14-day window, may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Renewals and cancellation
The Season Pass renews automatically each year at $39.99 until you cancel it. Canceling stops the next charge — it is not a refund of the year you are in, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge was taken in the last 14 days and you want that charge back rather than just stopping the next one, see section 1 above. Cancel from your account billing settings if you subscribed on the web, or from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you subscribed inside the mobile app.
4. How to request a refund
Use the support form (category: billing / refund), and include the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge you are asking about — your original purchase, or the renewal charge if the pass has since renewed. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. How refunds are issued
If you bought on the web, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. It can take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you subscribed inside the mobile app, Apple or Google took the payment, not us — so they, not LeagueFrenzy, issue the refund. Request it through the App Store or Google Play, under their refund policies. Contact us anyway if something looks wrong and we will help you work out where the charge came from.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — a chargeback filed with your bank is slower to resolve and, while it is open, we may suspend the associated account. We are almost always able to sort out a genuine billing issue directly and faster than a chargeback would.
