These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of LeagueFrenzy, a fantasy-football draft-tools product operated by Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC (“LeagueFrenzy,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, connecting a league, or purchasing a Season Pass, you agree to these Terms.
LeagueFrenzy connects to your fantasy-football league on a supported third-party platform (such as Sleeper or MyFantasyLeague) and builds draft boards, player rankings, and projections adjusted for your league’s actual scoring and roster rules. Some features are free; others require a paid Season Pass.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you connect a league, you authorize us to access the league data that platform exposes for your account, including rosters, scoring settings, and, where applicable, an access token used to sync your league. Your use of each third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. How we handle the data we receive is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Season Pass is a paid upgrade priced at $24.99 per season. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing for future purchases, but a change never affects a Season Pass you have already bought for the current season.
LeagueFrenzy’s projections, rankings, values, and draft recommendations are estimates for informational purposes only. Fantasy sports involve chance and events we cannot predict. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any projection or ranking, and we make no promise about your fantasy results. The service and all of its output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for your own draft and roster decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The LeagueFrenzy name, logo, software, and the rankings and projections we generate are owned by Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for managing your own fantasy leagues. Underlying player statistics may originate from third-party data sources and remain subject to their licenses.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the disclaimers and the limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING-LAW STATE — TODO], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This placeholder must be finalized by counsel before paid launch.
